Some RECIPES:
GINGER&TURMERIC HERBAL TEA
Anti-inflammatory; it purifies the organism and is analgesic. Ingredients for one cup:
- 1/2 a teaspoon of grated fresh turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger root
- 250 ml of water
Preparation: boil water in a pan. Pour in the grated root and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Filter the infusion still hot. Sweeten as desired with natural products.
GINGER DETOX WATER
Detoxifying, it combats fatty deposits. Ingredients:
- 1.5 l of water
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 slice of cucumber
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 slice of lemon
Preparation: pour the water into a jug and 1 slice of pineapple, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of lemon and 1 slice of ginger root. Let it macerate overnight in the fridge.
